Read MoreSPQA’s Forum for Excellence is an annual learning and networking event for individuals and organizations interested in advancing their performance excellence journeys via Baldrige concepts, principles, and processes. Forum participants benefit from interacting with representatives from the national Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and Baldridge Award winners, as well as organizations that are participating in SPQA’s various self-assessment and Award initiatives. The speakers share their knowledge and experiences – successes and challenges – in plenaries, workshops, and one-to-one interactions.
In addition to the many learning opportunities, the Forum honors organizations that participated in the year’s Award and self-assessment programs and recognizes the many dedicated volunteers who mentor, examine, and provide other assistance that ensures SPQA’s ongoing ability to meet its mission: to promote continual improvement strategies and provide training, mentoring, and recognition to organizations in pursuit of performance excellence.
