Pathways to Excellence

SPQA is now offering Pathways to Excellence! We’ve created four pathways in which our team can interact with your organization in order to create a platform for success. Our goal is to promote continual improvement strategies and to provide training, mentoring and recognition to organizations in pursuit of performance excellence.

INTEREST Level

Target Audience: Designed for organizations new to Baldrige.

Purpose: To introduce concepts of Baldrige Criteria and Organizational Profile.

Key Deliverable: Completed Organizational Profile

SPQA Training Provided:

      • Introduction to Baldrige concepts (up to 10 participants)
      • Facilitated “Gallery Walk” on-site to brainstorm Organizational Profile elements with the organizational leaders

Charge: Dependent upon the size of the organization:

      • $1,000 (>50 Full-Time employees);
      • $500 (< or = 50 Full-Time Employees)

COMMITMENT Level

Target Audience: Organizations that have a desire to continue to understand the Baldrige Framework and who have completed an Organizational Profile.

Purpose: Continued focus on improvement with a baseline framework (Organizational Profile) continuing with the Basic Question Framework Assessment.

Key Deliverable:

      1. “Self-Evaluation of Readiness” (e.g. Baldrige “Are we making Progress?”)
      2. Facilitated conversation with Examiner/Coach reviewing Self-Evaluation
      3. Completion of Baldrige Assessment at the Basic Question Response

SPQA Training Provided:

      • Introduction to Baldrige Criteria (up to 10 participants)
      • Survey Administration: “ Are we making Progress”

Charge: Dependent upon the size of the organization:

      • $1,200 (>50 Full-Time employees);
      • $600 (< or = 50 Full-Time Employees)

DISCOVERY Program

Target Audience: Aimed at organizations that have completed an Organizational Profile, an internal readiness assessment, and a document that supports their Basic responses to the Criteria Framework.

Purpose: Continue to support the organizational Journey through response to questions at the Basic and Overall level (Discovery Assessment)

Key Deliverable:

      1. Discovery Assessment Document
      2. Site Visit (Option)
      3. Discovery level Feedback report

Training Provided:

      • Customized on-site Criteria Training

AWARD Program

Target Audience: Intended for organizations who have demonstrated capability to complete an Organizational Profile and responses to questions beyond the Basic/Overall questions.

Purpose: Continue to support the organization’s journey at the multiple question responses and beyond.

Key Deliverable:

      1. Full assessment Document
      2. Site Visit
      3. Feedback report

Training Provided:

      • Criteria Training
