Purpose: Learn about the BEF including concepts, the Criteria and the Organizational Profile

Expectations of Tier I Participants: Complete Organizational Profile responding to questions in the BEF.

SPQA will Provide: 

    • A mentor to work with your organization throughout the process
    • An Introduction to Baldrige concepts
    • Organizational Profile template
    • Baldrige Excellence Builder
    • Facilitated session to complete an Organizational Profile

Cost (based on organizational size):

    • $1,000 (>50 FTE).
    • $500 (< or = 50 FTE)
