Beth McNamee

Beth McNamee is the Vice President, Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer for Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association (VHHA) where she is a member of the senior leadership team and provides strategic and operational business advice on the operations of VHHA and its affiliates, as well as overall leadership and accountability for the human resources and financial management functions. Beth spent the beginning of her career in public accounting performing audits, tax preparation and firm administration.  Beth has spent the last 15 years working for nonprofit organizations in finance and human resources management where she has been able to bring her years of experience to implement infrastructure and focus on process improvement.

Beth currently serves as a Board Member of the US Senate Productivity and Quality Award for Virginia and DC (SPQA).  Beth was introduced to the Baldrige Criteria in 2018 when VHHA participated in the VA SPQA Discovery Self-Assessment.  She has served on the VHHA Baldrige process improvement committee since that time.

Beth is a licensed CPA as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  Beth attended the College of William and Mary where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.  She has previously served on the Finance committees for her church and homeowners’ association.  Beth has been married to her husband, Patrick, for 36 years and has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.

In her spare time Beth enjoys cooking, spending time with family, touring wineries, and attending live theatre.
