Beth Edwards

Beth Edwards has two decades’ experience in promoting and supporting organizational excellence, process improvement, effective change management, operations planning and oversight, and staff development. Currently serving as the Senior Performance Improvement Specialist at United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), she is responsible for enterprise-wide internal improvement efforts and provides a monthly educational offering on improvement-related topics such as change management, metrics, process mapping, and root cause analysis. Prior to joining UNOS she served in leadership roles in the non-profit healthcare sector and in higher education. Beth is an experienced facilitator and is passionate about training and education. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia Southwestern State University and a Master of Education from Mississippi State University. Beth joined the SPQA Board of Examiners in 2020 and was recognized as Examiner of the Year in 2021 and received the Above and Beyond Award in 2022.
