The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) is a Baldrige-based program serving organizations in Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia. TPE raises awareness about the value of performance excellence in driving the economy, provides organizational assessment tools and criteria, educates leaders about the practices of best-in-class organizations, and recognizes and awards state role models in performance excellence.
