I’m proud to share the many exciting training and learning opportunities that SPQA has to offer. I encourage you to become engaged. The Baldrige Framework has been proven to improve organizational performance and provide sustainable results. What is Baldrige?
The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, launched with passage of the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Improvement Act of 1987. Baldrige is a prestigious collaborative framework developed by the U.S. government, private industry, and academia to promote organizational excellence. This leadership style focuses on the principles of continuous improvement, innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Baldrige-based leaders strive for excellence in all aspects of their organization by employing systematic processes, data-driven decision-making, and a strong commitment to quality. By aligning strategies, fostering a culture of learning, and promoting accountability, Baldrige-based leadership drives sustainable growth, superior performance, and long-term success for organizations across all industries. Baldrige-based leadership represents best practices and is updated every 2 years.
