Victoria McNamee

Victoria McNamee (DDS, MPH); trained dentist, data analyst, system engineer, process improvement analyst, and management consultant. Received original education in dentistry with residency in orthodontics and later immigrated to the USA where she earned her master’s degree in management in Public Health from George Washington University (GWU). Upon graduation, Victoria leveraged her new skills set to support those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as well as the homeless community. In her Compliance and Quality Manager role she also maintained the organization’s accreditation across four service lines in five states including Washington DC improving the electronic health system documentation process. Further, she led the organization’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) changes related to home and community-based services (HCBS) settings by developing transitional plans with comprehensive assessments of potential gaps in compliance with regulation, as well as strategies, timelines, and milestones for becoming compliant with rule’s requirements.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Victoria worked in a Hospital as Cardiac Quality Improvement Consultant. She maintained cardiac registries (CathPCI, Chest Pain- MI, ICD, LAAO, STS/ACC TVT). She also improved data element review process for accuracy and completeness of data element records, supported automation of the data abstraction process, maintained cardiac patient safety metrics, and conducted root cause analysis.

In her next employment Victoria worked directly with Department of Defense (DOD) as a Baldrige Framework team lead and Strategy Manager and guided senior leadership with sustaining and building processes using the Baldrige Framework approach.

Currently Victoria works in the Business Continuity department at the world’s largest Credit Union Organization. 

Victoria also continues to consult various organizations who are in need of frameworks of best practices in process improvement; embracing Baldrige framework and solutions based on the organization’s needs.

Ms. McNamee holds a

  • Master’s in Public Health from the George Washington University
  • Doctor of Dentist Surgery, form St. Petersburg State Medical University, and several certificates including but are not limited to:
      • Architecture and Systems Engineering: Models and Methods to Manage Complex Systems (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)
      • Certificate in Data analysis
      • Certificate in Lean six sigma – Black Belt
      • Certification as level one investigator

Victoria volunteers as a Director of Sunday School at St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral. She also volunteers with SPQA where she has been involved with since 2015 in different roles including examiner, assistant team lead, team lead, and a trainer.
