As a Healthcare Operations and Business Strategist, Kimberly’s expertise spans a wide range—from data analytics and workforce development to project management, staffing models and process improvement. During her tenure at Centra Health, Inc. in Lynchburg, Virginia, Kimberly served as Manager of Radiologic Operations for Centra’s Lynchburg General and Virginia Baptist Hospitals, directing daily operations of a high-volume radiology department that conducted 200K imaging studies annually across six modalities. Kimberly advanced from a front-line radiology and MRI technologist into an operational leader known for her exceptional analytical skills, as well as the ability to diffuse difficult situations and connect with stakeholders at all levels. Her credits include consolidating policies/procedures from four facilities to create a consistent set and ensure compliance with ACR and The Joint Commission guidelines.
Currently, Kimberly serves as Business Strategist for Primary & Urgent Care Services within Centra Medical Group, Inc., Centra’s physician led medical practices. In this role, Kimberly leads standardization initiatives across 17 practice locations and drives process innovation in workflows, physician productivity and cost containment through data analytics and relationship building.
She has served on the SPQA Board of Examiners since 2019.
