Cultural diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility insights while using the Baldrige framework
Baldrige is a powerful approach to organizational excellence, with 36 years of experience improving U.S. product and service quality. Organized cultural diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility efforts (DEIA) have been going on in the U.S. for hundreds of years. Now that the Baldrige Framework has added more specific criteria related to DEIA,

In this session, we will compare current Baldrige Criteria against current DEIA principles. We will explore several approaches to DEIA improvement being applied right now by CultureBrokers’ clients for their customers, workforce, and communities. We will consider the results and ongoing implications of those efforts. Finally, we will touch briefly on where the industry is heading so you can be prepared to meet the next wave of DEIA progress.
